owners our best improvement yet, the Steiger
Craft Life-time Guarantee. The Guarantee is
still the most important standard feature on
every new Steiger Craft.
The
Steiger Craft Life-Time Guarantee
Steiger
Craft guarantees to the original purchaser
of its products (hulls, decks, cock-pit
liners, consoles and topsides),that they are
free from defect materials and workmanship.
This guarantee is granted to the original
purchaser for as long as they own the
Steiger Craft product and is
transferable. If during the life-time of
the purchaser any such product shall prove
to be defective, it shall be repaired or
replaced at Steiger Crafts' option, subject
to terms and conditions set forth below.
Terms
and Conditions
This
guarantee shall not apply to acts of God,
nor shall it apply to products which in the
sole judgment of Steiger craft have been
subject to negligence, abuse, accident,
misapplication, tampering, alteration; nor
to improper operation, maintenance, or
storage; nor to any other than normal
application, use or service. This guarantee
only applies to products manufactured by
Steiger Craft and shall not apply to any
products not manufactured by Steiger Craft
that are installed on Steiger crafts.
Shipping and handling is not included. Dated
proof of purchase will be used to determine
guarantee eligibility.
